This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between HostKan.com and the account
holder (hereinafter called Customer) and supersedes any other written or oral agreement. HostKan.com may
modify these terms and conditions, and/or modify the prices, as well as discontinue or change
services offered with or without prior notification. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
HostKan from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
HostKan.com makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it
is providing. HostKan.com also disclaims any warranty of merchantability. HostKan.com will not be
responsible for any damages the customer may suffer. This includes any possible loss of data resulting
from delays, non-deliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions whether caused by its own negligence,
subscriber's errors or omissions, or due to the fault of third parties.
We will setup your account after we have received payment. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email
address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary
email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on
file is current or up to date at all times. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the
termination of your account.
99.9% Uptime Guarantee
HostKan Web Hosting guarantees that your website will be up and running at least 99.9% of the
time during any 12-month period.This guarantee includes network uptime, server uptime, web server and service
uptime. It does not cover any areas where HostKan Web Hosting has no direct influence, such as backbone provider
failures, fibre-optic main line cuts, DNS or Registrar issues with subscriber's domain name, routing issues
between subscriber location and HostKan Web Hosting data center. The uptime guarantee is also not applicable if the
service interruption was caused by external issues such as Acts of God, Wars or any other natural or unnatural
events that HostKan Web Hosting cannot directly influence.
30 DayMoney-Back Guarantee
We invite you to try our service for 30 days. If at any point during the initial 30 day
period you are unsatisfied with our service, simply cancel your account and we'll refund your hosting fees.
Service Expiration And Renewal
The hosting service is active for one year (365 days). After that period of time, the account will be
automatically suspended until the Customer renews it by paying the annual subscription. In case the Customer does
not renew 30 days after past due, the hosting account will be permanently deleted.
Note: The dollar plan and the starter plan are available only if we design and manage your website.
In the case of accounts which are more than 30 days overdue from date of work completion, or where payment
for completed work has been refused, Hostkan.com reserves the right to apply a visible suspension status to the
website and remove the website content from the server until such time as payment has been received.
HostKan.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. HostKan.com
makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide or that these services and
contents are complete, uninterupted, or secure. HostKan.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong
deliveries, and any service interruptions caused by HostKan.com and its employees.

Any personal information you may give us during the registration process or otherwise, is
regarded as completely confidential. This information, (as well as your e-mail address) will not be sold or
disclosed to anyone unless we are legally obligated to do so.
